»B-complex vitamins are need for physical and mental health. b-complex vitamins are necessary for the brain and nervous system to function properly in the body’s many metabolic functions.

»B – Complex Vitamins  found in most of the foods we eat. The majority of meat especially from animals is obtain.

»It helps in the digestion of carbohydrates, muscles strength, nervous system and immune system.

»These are essential for all the vital organs including the heart, liver and kidneys to function properly. There are many sub types of Vitamin B – Mainly, They all have dissimilar types and proceeds and called  B – Complex Vitamins.




Main of the B-Complex Vitamins: –

B1 – Thiamine

B2-Riboflavin

B3 – Niacin

B4-adinine

B5 – Pantothenic acid

B6 – Pyridoxine

B7 – Biotin

B8 – Adenosine

B9- Folic acid

B10 – Para amino benzoic acid

B12 – cyanocobalamin.

Many scientists have found that they contain not only B complex vitamins. But there is not much publicity about those vitamins due to the fact that they are not fully diagnosed, as they have no significant benefit to the body and our health. However, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12 are the most important of the B – complex vitamins.

B1 deficiency affects the nervous system: –

»Thiamine defect causes beriberi disease. Nervous system damage, swelling in the legs, heart palpitations and frequent cramps. Destruction to the digestive system.

»The heart rate can fluctuate rapidly and blood pressure drops.Water reaches the legs and lungs.

»It is also a risk that ultimately leads to death. Breastfeeding in children who are breastfed alone is associated with increased risk of thrombi and beriberi disease.

»There is a risk of failing to especially become larger. Brain and neurodegenerative disease, also referred to as Wernicke-Korschkopf, with B1 deficiency.

»This causes short-term forgetfulness, anxiety, disturbances, dysfunction, and eye problems. Women between the ages of 14 and 18 need 1 milligrams and women over the age of 19 require 1.1 milligrams of thiamine.



»Thiamine (B1) is available in meat, liver, milk, eggs, oats, oranges, whole grains, peanuts and yeast. * Rinse the rice and wheat by removing the top coat and washing it thoroughly before cooking.

vThiamine deficiency symptoms include depression, extreme arousal, mood swings, fear, disturbance, insomnia, lethargy, drowsiness, hunger, shortness of breath, back pain, muscle atrophy and constipation.
